Product Details
The King is engineered for processing materials with low fracture toughness and high internal tension, such as Dekton and vitrified technical ceramics. The diamond segments feature integrated lubrication to reduce thermal friction at the cutting interface. This lowers mechanical shock during processing, maintaining edge integrity and geometric precision during high-feed mitre cuts.
Continuous operation on alternative, abrasive materials will alter the matrix wear rate. To maintain maximum cutting efficiency, operators must cycle the blade back into high-density UCS processing or dress the segments regularly to restore the optimal diamond exposure.
