The Hercules is designed for high-volume fabrication of ultra-compact surfaces (UCS), porcelain and sintered materials. Built for strength, consistency and long-term reliability, it delivers fast cutting performance, excellent edge quality and dependable blade life across a wide range of ceramic materials.
The Hercules has been specifically developed for ceramic applications. While occasional use on quartz can help refresh the cutting edge and maintain blade performance, it is not intended for regular quartz fabrication. Prolonged use on quartz or other highly abrasive materials will accelerate blade wear and significantly reduce overall tool life. For maximum performance and blade longevity, The Hercules should be used primarily on the materials it was designed to process.

Standard orders are dispatched same day when placed before 3pm Monday–Friday. Next-day delivery is available on most stocked items.
For larger or pallet items, delivery arrangements will be confirmed at the time of order.
