Product Details

Transporting complex stone layouts, wide kitchen islands, and pieces with integrated sink cutouts requires a lifting configuration that addresses off-center weight distributions. A premium addition to the Top Line series, the Manzelli VAM 4PN KTV features a specialized “Kitchen Top Vertical/Variable” (KTV) cross-pad layout engineered to handle wider, non-linear, and structurally delicate stone countertops.

By arranging its 4 high-grip suction pads on adjustable cross-arms, this lifter allows operators to position the pads exactly where the material is structurally strongest. Driven completely by compressed air, it eliminates electric line dependencies, providing a safe, reliable, and smooth non-marring vacuum seal that protects pristine polished or textured slab surfaces from fractures and scratches during transport.

Technical Features

Adjustable Cross-Pad Configuration: Features a 4-pad layout on adjustable cross-beams, optimized specifically for stabilizing wide kitchen islands, L-shaped tops, and slabs with large sink cutouts.
Powered Pneumatic Tilting: Equipped with an air-driven 0° to 90° tilt mechanism operated via an ergonomic control, allowing smooth horizontal-to-vertical workpiece transitions.
Two-Stage Venturi Intake: Driven by an efficient compressed air ejector featuring an integrated aluminum silencer to ensure rapid suction hold times with reduced noise levels.
Advanced Corrosion Protection: Constructed with a rugged, electro-welded steel frame paired with premium stainless steel suction plates to withstand harsh, wet shop environments.
Acoustic & Luminous Safety Alarm: Outfitted with an independent, solar-recharged backup warning system to provide clear audio-visual alerts to operators.
Secure Slider Valve Control: Built with an anodized aluminum control slider valve that physically locks in the “connect” position to eliminate the threat of accidental load release.
Glycerine-Dipped Gauge Monitoring: Includes a stainless steel vacuum gauge filled with vibration-damping glycerine, featuring a color-coded face for fast status checks.
Integrated Safety Air Reservoir: Backed by an onboard aluminum vacuum reserve tank to securely hold the slab even during a sudden loss of inbound factory line pressure.
