Product Details

The Manzelli EXE 4PN KTL is an elite, heavy-duty pneumatic vacuum lifter purpose-built for high-volume stone fabrication shops processing long, narrow, and delicate workpieces. Featuring the specialized “Kitchen Top in Line” (KTL) layout, this model is engineered explicitly to prevent the cracking and flexing that frequently occurs when transporting cut-to-size kitchen countertops, islands, and backsplashes.

By aligning 4 high-capacity suction pads in a rigid, linear configuration, the EXE 4PN KTL provides robust, end-to-end structural support along the slab’s length. Powered entirely by a high-efficiency pneumatic Venturi system, this industrial lifter requires no electrical connections, ensuring maximum uptime and an incredibly safe, non-marring, failure-safe vacuum grip across polished, textured, or fragile stone surfaces.

Technical Features

  • In-Line Kitchen Top Configuration: Features a reinforced 4-pad layout specifically optimized to distribute weight evenly and prevent center deflection on narrow stone and porcelain workpieces.

  • Powered Pneumatic Tilting: Equipped with a high-torque pneumatic cylinder providing a smooth, effortless 0° to 90° tilt to easily transition countertops between vertical A-frame storage and horizontal machining lines.

  • Non-Stop Vacuum Security: Integrated with a large aluminum safety reservoir tank that automatically retains vital vacuum pressure if the workshop air line pressure drops unexpectedly.

  • Venturi Suction Efficiency: Driven by a premium compressed air ejector with a built-in silencer, delivering lightning-fast suction engagement and clean release cycles while reducing ambient workshop noise.

  • Industrial Safety Monitoring: Features a prominent, glycerine-dipped stainless steel vacuum gauge with a bold, color-coded safety zone for clear operational status verification at a glance.

  • Heavy-Duty Slider Control: Designed with an ergonomic sliding valve and physical safety lock mechanism to guarantee the lifter remains securely attached to the material until intentionally released by the operator.

Tool Application Style

  • Industrial Countertop Production: The ideal handling solution for overhead cranes and gantry hoist setups in facilities processing high volumes of custom kitchen countertops, bars, and vanity tops.

  • High-Capacity Lifks: Engineered for extreme structural durability in demanding environments, supporting heavy structural loads from 500 kg up to 1,000 kg depending on specific pad layout selections.
