The Vanity is a highly versatile, professional grade electroplated blade designed specifically for freehand angle grinder operations. Unlike sintered workshop blades that rely on fixed machinery and strict parameter tables, the Vanity is engineered for pure manual flexibility. It allows stone fabricators to seamlessly switch between aggressive plunge cutting and smooth side-face grinding or shaping without ever switching tools.

Manufactured in partnership with E-VDS Diamond (Spain), this blade features premium diamond crystals chemically bonded directly to the steel core. With 100% of the diamond grit fully exposed on both the cutting rim and the face, it delivers an incredibly aggressive, clean bite with zero tracking resistance. This makes it an essential tool for delicate materials like premium marble, travertine, and fragile porcelain tiles where chip-free edges are non-negotiable.

Handheld Operational & Handling Guidelines

Because handheld angle grinders operate dynamically based on operator feel and manual movement, traditional operational parameter tables do not apply. Fabricators should observe the following best practices:

• Controlled Manual Pressure: Let the fully exposed diamonds do the cutting. Avoid pushing or forcing the grinder heavily into the stone. Use light, consistent hand pressure provides the cleanest finish and prevents overheating.

• Directional Movement: When using the face of the blade to clean up or shape an edge, use smooth, continuous movements along the stone face rather than holding the tool in a single spot.

• Thermal Management: While designed for high-performance dry cutting, pulling the blade out of the cut to spin freely in open air for 5 seconds during intensive cuts will significantly extend the life of the electroplated layer.

Application Constraints Warning

NEVER utilize the Vanity blade on thick natural quartzite, hard granites, or concrete slabs. Highly abrasive, high-resistance materials will strip the thin, single-layer electroplated diamond skin completely off the steel core in seconds, leaving the blade completely smooth and unusable.
